I was involved in a car accident with multiple vehicles on June 15, I tried to fix it with my insurance but they were talking too long and not being very communicative. About 3 weeks after I decided to listen to an advice from a family member and contact Tofer & Associates. Not even 1/2 hour pass when I heard back on a Sunday night. And the next day I got a call from someone else in the team that had a direct contact with the lawyer about my case. Their communication has been excellent and they have answered all my questions sometimes right away others in the following day. The best is that I do not have to worry about anything since they took over and I can concentrate in worrying about my pregnancy. Aljon Quinto the property damage specialist who was assigned to me, was excellent! He explained everything to me and also answered my questions. He has also been very helpful to follow up with me in the whole process. When I was assigned Aljon didn’t took too long afterwards for my car to be in the shop & getting it back. I am still going with the case, is not done yet. However, I definitely would recommend them.

I was in a fairly severe accident on Novermber 10, 2025 where I was t-boned by an inattentive driver. I had full body trauma, fractured patella, pseudo-anuerysm, head trauma, bruising everywhere and a lot of pain. Tofer and Associates took care of everything...doctors, cars, bills, everything. It definitely made it easier to just heal and not be on the phone dealing with the numerous details. By April 2026 I had my settlement check. Lelaine was a great help during the property loss portion of the claim she got my car fixed for me in a week with a rental it went from a total loss from their insurance determination to being able to have my car back.
