As the Managing Partner at Tofer Law, Jennifer not only manages the firm but also represents plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and a myriad of other personal injury-related matters.

She has extensive training in litigation and is dedicated to zealously advocating for her clients. Jennifer has handled hundreds of personal injury cases from beginning to resolution.

Jennifer was born and raised in Orange County, California. She attended the University of California, Los Angeles where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. During her second year of Law School, Jennifer interned at Tofer Law.

It was during her internship that she found her passion for helping others and bringing justice to those who have been injured. After showing much promise as an intern, Jennifer was offered a full-time position as a law clerk, which immediately turned into an associate position when she passed the July 2015 California State Bar.

Jennifer is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CCALA) and frequently attends personal injury seminars in order to continue her growth and success and better advocate for her clients.

Besides speaking English, Jennifer maintains conversational fluency in Farsi.
